Full Service Resident Screening (In House): Full service resident screening: includes employment verifications, previous residence checks, property ownership verifications, SSN verifications, personalized investigations, financial capacity analysis and experienced recommendations. Please allow 24 - 48 hours: $45.00 (individual)/$55.00 (married couple)

In house Statewide Criminal Search: Individual statewide criminal searches. $15.00 per applicant. Note: Some states may not be available or charge additional fees. Our office will contact you when applicable.

In house Nationwide Criminal Search: Individual criminal searches obtained through a nationwide database. $20.00 per applicant.

Instant Nationwide Criminal Search: Individual Nationwide criminal searches. $15.00 (per applicant).

Instant SSN/Address Search: A powerful investigative tool that opens an investigative window to an individual's social security number validation, past addresses, and possible undisclosed addresses and movement patterns. SSN/Address Search establishes a comprehensive residential history that allows for a more complete background check by verifying and returning information on applicants: full name, age/DOB, address and dates at listed addresses plus phone number when available. $6.00 (per applicant).

NON INSTANT NATIONWIDE EVICTION SEARCH: Exclusive access to landlord-tenant records specifically designed for individual landlords and multi-family housing communities. You will receive a comprehensive easy-to-read report summarizing past court actions, prior landlord inquiries, and landlord reported history. $15.00 (per applicant, per report).

Pre-employment Screening

Previous employment verifications: Each individual verification - $10.00

Criminal conviction reports: State or local (county or parish) information is available. Availability, cost and turn around time will vary dependent upon prevailing policy governing the repository to be searched. If a particular state is not forthcoming with criminal history information, we do offer county-level criminal reports that are usually available within 24 to 48 hours.

State Repositories (In House reports) $15.00

County or parish repositories: some counties may not be available or charge additional fees. Our office will contact you when applicable.

Nationwide $20.00

Motor Vehicle Reports: These reports contain not only state driving records. They also provide confirmation of the validity of an applicant's driver's license. $15.00

Worker's Compensation records: The availability, turn around time and conditions for the release of Worker's Compensation information will vary dependent upon specific state law and regulation. Some state's policies are liberal and some are quite restrictive. $15.00 where available

Credit histories which may include public record information: $15.00

Professional license verification: $20.00

Education verification:

Most colleges and universities are generally forthcoming with information regarding degrees and dates of attendance. The requirements regarding the release of printed transcripts are usually much more strict. Dependent upon the information required: $10.00 - $25.00

Drug screening is available:
